Welcome to OptiChalet+. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
Depending on the plan you choose, OptiChalet+ offers:
- Listing optimization (titles, descriptions, photo order) in English and French
- Weekly listing updates
- Dynamic pricing strategy and implementation
- Photo evaluation and optional enhancement
- Monthly listing edits (limited per plan)
- Quarterly performance tracking reports
- Redaction of the chalet rules, in both English and French
- Access to a curated list of trusted local contacts in your region (cleaners, handypersons, etc.)
- Coaching
- Optional add-ons to further boost results
- Email-based support
2. Plan Duration & Renewal
- Plans are valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
- You will be notified before your plan expires.
- Renewal is not automatic — you can choose to renew annually.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal performance, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property details and access to your listing platform(s)
- Inform us of any major changes or seasonal updates
- Review and approve suggested changes when requested
- Maintain direct communication with guests (we do not manage guest messages or reservations)
4. Payments & Billing
- Our plans are billed annually.
- Full payment is required upfront before services can begin.*
- Services will only be activated once full payment is received.
- *Payment option: Payment can also be made quarterly
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your plan at any time, but no refunds will be issued once services have begun.
- In case of cancellation before service activation, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees.
6. Adds-On
- OptiChalet+ offers a variety of optional add-on services to complement your plan and further optimize your performance.
- Add-ons are available upon request or based on recommendations from our audits.
- Each add-on is billed separately and must be approved by you before activation.
- Add-ons are flexible and offered based on your needs, market trends, or new platform features.
7. Confidentiality
All client data, property details, and performance information are treated as strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
8. Modifications to Terms
OptiChalet+ reserves the right to update these policies at any time. We will inform you in writing of any major changes that could affect your plan or service.
